The Friends of Malmi Airport Association has appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court the proposed change of the local detailed plan regarding the purpose of the airport buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its ruling, the Helsinki Administrative Court invalidated the position of Heritage Finland as the leading state expert body, and instead referred to a report commissioned by the City of Helsinki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the decision ignores a number of valid grounds of appeal with brief comments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
