The decision was reached in the Supreme Administrative Court in an unusual manner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malmiairport.fi\/en\/supreme-administrative-court-gives-controversial-ruling-on-general-plan-of-malmi-airport\/\">by vote, against the proposal of the rapporteur<\/a>.
