Lex Malmi citizens’ initiative, asking for legislation to ensure Malmi Airport’s future, has reached the required minimum of 50.000 signatures and will proceed to Parliament. Collecting signatures ended on 23 October 2016. More than 56.000 signatures were accumulated in just over two months.
